RIFLE WARRANTY, REPAIR INFORMATION AND RETURNS

Thank you for investing in a McMillan Firearms rifle.

Lifetime Warranty

Every McMillan rifle carries an “Lifetime Warranty” against manufacture defects. This does not include normal “wear and tear” of the firearm including barrel life, internal components and damages resulting in operator misuse.

If a problem occurs with the firearm, which is covered under warranty, the defective item will be repaired or replaced.

100% Guaranteed Satisfaction

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your McMillan rifle, return it within 30 days of purchase in new condition for a full original purchase price credit towards another rifle.
Items that are purchased with your rifle but are not manufactured by McMillan, such as scopes and cases, are not covered under the McMillan warranty. On products not manufactured by McMillan Firearms each manufacturer is responsible for honoring its own warranty and we will assist you in dealing with those manufacturers if you purchase the item through McMillan Firearms.

We continue to receive phone calls from people who own a G. McMillan and Co. Inc. a McMillan Gunworks, a Harris-McMillan Gunworks or a Harris Gunworks rifle because at one time these companies were a part of the McMillan family.

In summary, McMillan Firearms has no connection to G. McMillan and Co., McMillan Gunworks, Harris/McMillanGunworks or Harris Gunworks. We do not have access to their records, we have no idea when a certain rifle was made, and we can’t tell you what the value of the rifle might be. We do not stock parts for these rifles and the parts from our rifles will not fit on any of their rifles.

People still assume that we are responsible for the maintenance and warranties of these rifles. As a result, we have decided to provide a brief history on each of the businesses mentioned in the McMillan Story link:
