The McMillan CS5 is a bolt action rifle designed for stealth and concealment in urban settings. It is compact, accurate and ergonomically engineered. The CS5 is specifically tuned to perform with subsonic .308 Winchester ammunition, but it will handle all .308 ammunition.

Phoenix, Arizona (February 15, 2012) – McMillan adds the new McMillan TAC®-416 to the TAC-series of custom tactical rifles. Built on the same platform as the renowned TAC-50 rifle currently deployed by military services around the world, the TAC-416 is chambered in the .416 Barrett. The .416 Barrett is based on a shortened 50 BMG case with a .416 caliber bullet and is intended to provide superior long-range ballistic performance compared to the 50 BMG cartridge, especially past 1,000 yards.

Commemorative Marine Corps Sniper Rifle Package

Phoenix, Arizona (November 5, 2010) – McMillan is building 20 limited edition M40A1 Commemorative United States Marine Corps sniper rifle packages in honor of the Marine Corps and the legacy of the military sniper. The M40A1 rifles are being built to the exact configuration as those originally issued. McMillan is calling the series Project 8541—the number used to designate Marine Corps snipers.

McMillan Donates African Hunting Rifle to Dallas Safari Club

Phoenix, Arizona (June 28, 2010) – McMillan is donating its Heritage rifle, an African hunting rifle from its Custom Collection, to Dallas Safari Club (DSC) for its annual fundraising event. The rifle will be auctioned off during DSC’s convention January 6-9, 2011. DSC is an international organization conserving wildlife and wilderness lands, educating youth and the general public, and promoting and protecting the rights and interests of hunters worldwide. The money raised will go to expand DSC’s grant programs that benefit conservation and education initiatives around the world.
